Recovery your trade show display and materials for delivery directly to the advance warehouse or show site. This service virtually eliminates items lost in transit and significantly reduces the exposure to damage in transit. Need to pick up or drop off at multiple locations? No problem. Moose can arrange multiple pick-up or multiple drop off without cross docking your freight.
Dedicated Partial Load - Do you have too much freight to ship LTL ( Less than trailer load or 'by the pound') but not enough to justify a full truckload? We offer Dedicated Partial Load service Load To Ride (LTR). Same quality service as our truckload service but only pay for the space you use! We will still recover your trade show display and materials for delivery directly to the advance warehouse or show site. This service still will virtually eliminate items lost in transit and significantly reduces the exposure to damage in transit. Need to pick up or drop off at multiple locations? No problem. Moose can arrange multiple pick-up or multiple drop off without cross docking your freight. All trucks carry $100,000 cargo insurance as required by law.

Why should I declare a value? You may not need to. Many companies cover their trade show exhibit properties under corporate rider policy. However, many companies choose to declare the value to match their deductable or twice the deductable. This will assure the trade show display properties are covered without having to file claim with their insurance company. It's a good idea really.
Why can't Moose guarantee Next Flight Out? Nobody can. Due to the limited space on aircraft, and in some case the limited types of aircraft flying to a specific destination, freight is accepted as a first-come-first-serve basis. Additionally, the shipper must be on file as a 'known shipper' with TSA. Without 'known Shipper' status, freight will not be accepted.
